Ordering Information
1. Post a comment in the format shown at the bottom of every post.
E.g. Name: , Email:, Item(s):, Confirmed?:, etc.
2. A confirmation email will be sent to your email within 24 hours. Once a confirmation email has been sent to you, it means that we have reserved the item(s) you have requested for, for the next 24 hours. Please only comment when you are 100% sure you want the items, and will be able to make payment within 24 hours.
3. *Do note: Only make payment when you have received our confirmation email.
4. Reply to the confirmation email with your payment details once you have made your payment
5. Upon verification of your payment, we will pack and mail your item(s) out within 24 hours.
6. Should an item be stated as "Pending", it means that we are awaiting the payment of another customer who placed her order first. However, should you be very interested in the particular item, you could leave your contact details down, and we will try to get a piece for you(:
7. We do not entertain negotiations, trades or swaps. As, all prices stated are fixed.
8. All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Payment methods:
All payment(s) are to be made to POSB savings account 050-55128-8.
Intricatcharm will be blacklisting those who confirmed an order but backed out in the last minute.
Questions regarding items are not considered as confirmations and will not guarantee an item for you.
We do not accept interbank transfers. Only POSB/DBS fund and i/banking transfers are accepted.
Delivery:
Intricatecharm does not conduct any meetups.
All parcels will be mailed out via normal/registered post.
Normal postage charges are included in our pricings. Hence, should you wish to opt for registered postage, an additional $2.24 is required on top of the price of the item.
Exchange Policy:
As, all items are thoroughly checked before getting mailed out, we do not conduct exchanges. (cases will be handled on an individual basis.)
Should an exchange be carried out, all exchanges will be done via mail. Postage charges will be borne by Intricatecharm.
We only accept payment from customers who have received a confirmation email. This is to ensure that our customers will not be caught in the situation where they paid for an item that went out of stock.(:
Refunding Policy:
Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
